空間設計上傳遞著現代簡約極致的細節美感，流露出科技研發公司的魅力。由於企業運營的特性，需要不同的分區，被劃分為前廳、接待洽談區、共享辦公區、會議區、休閑健身區、餐飲茶歇區以及高管辦公區七個部分。
設計過程中，設計團隊突破了原有建築層高的限製，將空間利用率和功能分割做到極致，並且依據13個樓層做了13份截然不同的平麵方案，為使用者開啟嶄新辦公生活，運用創新設計使得科技感與時尚感並存。
This project is located in hefei, China. As one of the large-scale office building projects in hefei, it carries the mission of injecting great power into the 5G communication Internet of things industry. YOHO team hopes that the design not only reflects the deconstruction and reorganization of the space, but also expresses the development power of the enterprise with the most suitable aesthetics and functions.
The space design conveys the aesthetic feeling of the details of the modern simplicity and perfection, revealing the charm of the science and technology research and development company. Due to the characteristics of enterprise operation, different partitions are needed, which are divided into seven parts: front hall, reception and negotiation area, Shared office area, conference area, leisure and fitness area, catering and tea break area, and executive office area.
In the design process, the design team broke through the restriction of the original building height, achieved the maximum space utilization rate and function division, and made 13 completely different floor plans according to the 13 floors, opening up a new office life for users, and making use of innovative design to make the sense of science and technology and fashion coexist.
